Best word app ever!! Very easy to use. But it isnt working!! Every time I open it to use it, it goes to the App Store to some random app. I cant use it!! This is driving me crazy.....fix it!!!!

This app worked great until the last upgrade which has nothing but pop ups and redirects to the App Store. It has been rendered useless by this upgrade. Contacted customer support several months ago. They knew about this but have no fix as its making them too much money on click per view.

Im glad its not just me that is having problems with this app. I cant even use it because its ends me right to the App Store.

Keeps taking you to ap store to purchase their other games. Deleting because its too frustrating.

Use to love this app when I got stuck it helped, now the app doesnt recognize the board.

I liked the free version, so purchased the paid version so I could see their suggested words which I couldnt figure out. It does have an occasional glitch, where it mis-reads the screenshot. NOW, after using the app for probably two years, it was requiring me to pay more to continue to use it. I almost downgraded my opinion of the app and deleted it. However, I saw a post by another player which showed that I had only to go to the "$" setting on the app, and it "restored" my purchase, and the game again works fine. I only use the app AFTER Ive made my word, as I dont want to take advantage of another player, but I found it otherwise a good learning tool. But this new event is infuriating.

This used to restore your original purchase when you restored the app. Now when you restore you have to buy keys to use. Then buy again after a limited number of uses. Then buy again... BOOOO!!1!

How many time do you have to keep paying ? Please can someone restore my account so I am not paying all the time -thank you

Works well and looks better than other similar apps but blacks out top scoring words and only gives you a few free "keys" before you have to pay for more. It going to pay to be able to cheat!

Getting basic letters with no score on them wrong now. Has always had issues with letters with scores on them but now confusing P as R???

I just paid for more keys because I couldnt figure out what words it was making when I was stuck (I can usually figure out where the word might go without paying) and the app was mistaking v for y, and b for p. I used 2 keys just trying to figure out what the app was doing. Used to work well but not anymore.

I bought this app about two years ago and used it on a very regular basis. When I bought a new iPhone and transferred all my information and apps, this app changed and now charges me for every 50 words. That is not what I paid for or agreed to. I feel cheated. In addition the app often misread letters--which quite frustrating.

Not sure whats happened but when I now try to tap the key to unlock the higher point words, I get rerouted to iTunes which asks if I want to buy the full version. Well this IS the full version that I already bought, quite some time ago! Whats going on developers? Im still waiting for an email reply as well.

Snow theme or 100 score seems to have completely broken his app :(

Sort of helped. I just wish it wasnt adding letters that I didnt have to begin with.
