STOP ASKING ME TO BUY FOR FOR 1.99! You people are a bunch of thieves. When I PAID YOU THE FIRST TIME, I unlocked unlimited keys. When I had to reinstall this app I was given an option to "restore my purchased keys" Where is that option now? If you dont have it anymore then I want a refund for the first purchase I already made.

Does not recognize board on iPad Pro. One this is fixed, I will change my rating

Every time I purchase the keys, the scanning just happens to read the board wrong. Its only accurate about 60% of the time. Deleting this app.

I used this app for a long time now all screenshots say not valid. No response from help email. Its a shame that I have to delete what used to work so good

Out of the blue this app will not recognize words with friends screenshots.

Its not working

This app is ineffective compared to similar WWF cheat apps. How do I know? I just tried this app, and imported a screenshot. The word that it said was the highest scoring, was not. I knew it wasnt because the word strength meter in WWF showed that there was still a better scoring word available. So i downloaded another WWF cheat app, and that one did give me a much higher scoring word.

Constantly mistakes V for Y & gives words that wont work. This also happens with I & L and sometimes with W & M. Kinda crappy for a paid app. I expected more from the only app Ive ever paid for.

I dont like any app that says free then makes you f****n pay for it after a few hours. Its a lie.

I have emailed you a lot about the money that you cheated me. This app is a total disappointment.

This app is a complete ripoff, dont buy it. I got this app, and purchased the $1.99 in-game feature to unlock the "unlimited" high scoring words. When I upgraded my phone and transferred all of my apps over from iCloud, the app reverted back to the free version and took away my in-game purchase. I contacted Zynga and their support do not answer or return customer emails regarding these issues. I refuse to purchase this feature again. Youre better off going with another app

Importing a screen shot no longer works. Its useless now.

What else can I say? However, I know my friends are probably using something similar themselves.

$1.99 gives you 50 keys and when youre competing your opponent will have the same app and then you have challenges that require you play at least 20 games at once - the result is I use 50 keys in one night so now Im doing $2 a day and $60 per month - does that sound viable? Am I going to pay that for winning at WWF? And besides that the app cant tell the difference between a Q and O - or an L or I - or an E or F. So its a fruitcake app.

EZ Cheats has its problems. It can’t tell and O from a D or a Q, it thinks L is an I, and E is an F. So you spend countless hours trying to figure out why a whole group of words doesn’t seem to work until you notice that EZ is working with the wrong letters. I feedback the problem and they said it’s a known issue that they’re working on. But the biggest issue is that EZ and WWF are working together to increase the take. Here’s how the scam works. WWF issues a “Challenge” with a number and asks you to beat it. What do you get if you win? Nothing - you get to be on top of the leader board. But there are enough people - perhaps millions who are competitive enough to try and soon you realize that everyone on top of the leader board is averaging 27-30 points per word and you can only compete with that using EZ. Now easy charges you $1.99 per word with the idea that you’ll only use it occasionally and otherwise you’ll just use it when you’re in a jam. But when you start trying to win the WFF Challenge you quickly learn you’re going to have to use it every time which mean that you 50 words is going to go very fast - like daily because in order to reach the Challenge number you also have to play 20 or more games simultaneously. Hopefully I’ve described this sufficiently for you to see that you can’t escape this trap once you’re been manipulated into taking the Challenge - you’re going to be paying EZ at least $2 per day or $60 per month. One million players and suddenly you have a revenue stream of $60M and that’s really lowballing the numbers. Who is behind this massive manipulation and how much collaboration is involved. Does Apple care about things like this or are they a partner in the revenue? Of course casino owners say if you don’t like to lose don’t gamble. And they’re right - if you don’t like it don’t play. So that’s what I did. I stopped all but a few games with very good friends where I normally don’t cheat and that’s the end. I can’t tell anyone else what to do but I can lead by example. And that’s my invitation - do the same - refuse manipulation.

Used to love this app. Now....not so much....ill try and figure out words myself. Maybe thats better anyhow.

Continue to be frustrated with this app and the support team. Have repeatedly told them it does not recognize a D unless it is in the middle of the letter lineup. If not, it reads it as an O and then the word suggestions are totally useless. Additionally, when the red circle with the word score in it is visible, the letter it covers cannot be read. Lastly, the outer rows/columns often are not read. How about an update SOON to fix these bugs?????

This app is perfect for what I need it for. I love to have that edge. I have tried them all out and after weeks of trying them out this one is the keeper.

Stopped working completely. Contact App support twice and afterwards the App completely stopped working!!!
